There is no need to worry if you are entering
a gym for the first time. Let us reassure you.

Many people use Wilburs to rehabilitate
after an illness, an operation or injury.

We take the worry out of memorising
every stretch and exercise first time round by printing you
an easy to follow programme which you can refer to each time
you visit the gym. These programmes are put together after
you have discussed your aims and objectives with your fitness
adviser.

Your computer-based assessment will
enable you to see how your fitness is improving and enable
us to monitor and progress your personal program at a safe
and controlled level.
m
Fitness assessments comprise a brief
lifestyle analysis, and checks on blood pressure, heart rate
levels, lung efficiency, body fat percentage, aerobic fitness
and flexibility. Though not obligatory, these assessments
are inclusive of membership to Wilburs, and always prove to
be a good motivator in anyone's fitness programme.
