We have instructors to assist and demonstrate the correct techniques and show you how to use the equipment safely and effectively. You will always find help at hand should you require it at any time.

We will show you how to use the equipment, it's then up to you when you turn up to work out. Exercise can be fun, so why not get a friend or two together and come along. Build your confidence and share the "fun".

You will be given a promotional welcome pack when you first join. This will consist of a sports bag containing a water bottle and two free sunbed tokens. It will also contain two-day passes, which you can pass onto a friend so they can come and try our facilities for free.
